- The service has not begun within 48 hours after full payment and no valid reason was provided
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake
Ineligible Refunds

- Account bans, suspensions, or penalties resulting from the use of our services
- A change of mind or dissatisfaction after the order has been placed and accepted
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Provide your Order ID and a brief explanation of the reason for your request
Processing Time
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method
